Latin America is home to over 500 million people. The National Pastor is considered the most effective way to reach out to this population. Pastor Conferences are organized to provide training to these individuals in their respective ministries. The conferences focus on imparting knowledge, skills, and motivation to pastors in the areas of Doctrine, Methods, and Commitment. And By training youth leaders and sunday school Teachers we support the local church.  We provide training and training workshops for Sunday School teachers and youth leaders in a way in which they understand the cognitive, spiritual and practical aspects of teaching and training the next generation. In this way we also help teachers to acquire the knowledge and training not only to teach Sunday School classes to children, but to transmit the gospel to these children that reaches the Church in a more effective and biblical way.
